From Site Survey to Handover
Every installation follows the same core sequence, regardless of product line.
Our engineers assess the shaft, civil structure and power supply to finalize a layout suited to your building.
Components are engineered and fabricated to the finalized specification before dispatch to site.
Certified technicians install the car, rails, controller and wiring in line with applicable safety codes.
Full load testing, safety inspection and commissioning are completed before handover to you.

How long does elevator installation take?
Delivery is 40 days from date of receiving 90% payment receipt. Exact timelines depend on your specific configuration and site readiness, confirmed after the site survey.
What do I need to prepare before installation begins?
Customer-side preparation includes items like scaffolding in the elevator shaft required for elevator installation and plaster finish in the lift shaft and machine room, among other site requirements - our team confirms the full list for your project during the site survey.
What warranty is provided on a new installation?
The equipment offered are covered by warranty for ONE year from the date of handing over of the lift in good working condition or 12 months from the delivery of products on site, whichever is earlier, and our liability under this warranty includes items for repair which may be proved as a manufacturing fault. Warranty for materials supplied by the OEM shall be transferred to you from the date of delivery at your site. Electrical accessories shall not be covered under warranty.
