Guide Rails, Ropes & Safety Hardware
The mechanical backbone of every elevator car - the parts that carry, guide and safeguard it on every trip.
Guide Rail
A track or rail that guides the elevator car's operation, providing the path for the car to ascend and descend. The guide shoe is the component that contacts the guide rail and the car.
Elevator Bracket
Supports the guide rail on the building structure. Comprises a frame, a mounting base, and a mechanism for pressing the guide rail against the mounting base - fixed movably along the length of the rail.
Elevator Hardware
Nuts, bolts and fasteners sized to both inch and metric standards for structural mounting throughout the car frame and guide rail assembly.
Wire Rope
Steel elevator ropes made to be strong, flexible and durable enough to safely lift and lower the car - available in 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 13mm diameters.
Elevator Rope Clip
A wire rope clip with three main parts - a U-bolt, a saddle, and nuts - that fits around the rope, distributes clamping force, and secures the assembly.
Elevator Counter Weight
An added weight that balances the car's mechanical system, reducing the effort required by the lifting machine and saving energy. Used only in traction elevator applications.
Thimble Eye Bolt
Connects wire ropes to fixed points, widely used on overhead lines and guy wires. Available as straight or angle thimble eye bolts.
Elevator Diverter Pulley
Close-grain cast iron pulley with an alloy steel shaft, supported on high-quality brass bush for smooth running, with a grease cup for lubrication. Diverter pulleys route the ropes to the cabin and/or counterweight.
Elevator Over Speed Governor
A safety device that stops the elevator from moving too fast - when running speed exceeds the rated speed, the governor locks and stops the rope, bringing the car to a halt. Sheave dia. 300mm, bi-directional action.

M.S. powder-coated frame built from 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm sheet steel for rigidity and stability, equipped with imported roller-type instantaneous safety.

Car Frame Bottom Clutch
Mechanism combined with imported roller-type instantaneous safety and a friction element. When the overspeed governor's tripping speed is reached during downward travel, the safety gear engages upward - suitable for low/mid-rise applications.
Extra Platform Frame with Side Support
Produced from mild sheet-metal in 4mm & 5mm thickness, powder coated, to avoid unnecessary vibration and jerk and give the cabin more rigidity and strength.

Gearless Machine
Green Integrated Engineering - a combination of the latest technology, consuming less power and requiring less installation space. Available as standard gearless, gearless traction, and belt-drive machine variants.
Geared Machine
Standard worm and worm gears with taper roller and thrust bearings for maximum load-carrying capacity. Mounted on special vibration-damping rubbers for vibration-free running - a Lift Duty Reduction Gear unit built for rigid, trouble-free operation.
