MAINTENANCE & AMC

AMC & Service Plans

A coverage structure built around how your elevator is actually used - not a fixed package that doesn't fit your building.

CHOOSE YOUR COVERAGE

Two Contract Types, One Flexible Schedule

Every VDMIL AMC is structured around these three building blocks - combined to match your elevator's age, usage and traffic.

Comprehensive AMC

Covers both labor and component replacement under a single agreement, so unexpected part costs don't disrupt your maintenance budget. Best suited to high-traffic buildings that want predictable, all-inclusive coverage.

Non-Comprehensive AMC

Covers scheduled servicing and labor, with replacement parts billed as needed. A cost-effective option for well-maintained elevators or buildings on a tighter maintenance budget.

Flexible Inspection Schedule

Inspection frequency - from bi-weekly to yearly - is set based on your elevator's age, usage and traffic, rather than a fixed one-size-fits-all interval.

EVERY SERVICE VISIT

What's Checked at Every Visit

Whether it's a scheduled AMC visit or a repair call, our technicians work through the same core sequence.

Brakes & Safety Gear

Braking response and safety-gear function are tested to confirm they'll engage correctly if ever needed.

Ropes, Cables & Rails

Ropes, cables and guide rails are inspected for wear, tension and alignment.

Alarm & Communication

Emergency alarm and two-way communication systems are tested end to end.

Lubrication

Moving components are lubricated to reduce wear and keep the ride smooth.

Doors & Sensors

Door operation, alignment and safety sensors are checked for reliable, safe closing.

Control Panel & Wiring

The control panel and electrical connections are inspected for faults before they become breakdowns.

It depends on the elevator's age, usage and traffic - typically anywhere from bi-weekly to yearly. Our team recommends a schedule after inspecting your specific system.

Get in touch with your elevator's make and model - our technicians can assess compatibility for repair and AMC support on a case-by-case basis.

Can I switch AMC plans partway through a contract?

Reach out to our team to discuss your current agreement - we'll work with you to find the right coverage as your building's needs change.
